- 5+ years of experience working in DevOps, SRE or cloud infrastructure engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS (or equivalent experience with GCP/Azure).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Serverless Framework, with a strong understanding of automation best practices.
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (EKS), ECS, or Nomad.
- Proven experience with observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, or New Relic to ensure system reliability.
- In-depth knowledge of networking, security and compliance best practices, including IAM policies, VPC design, firewalls, and encryption standards.
- Programming and scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, or Go) to automate workflows and system tasks.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures (e.g., AWS SNS/SQS, Kafka, or Kinesis) and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and documentation skills.
