- Act as a key consultant for our internal teams, supporting stakeholders in their decision making, becoming their key contact person for data and analytics questions
- Understand the business context and utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large and complex datasets, translating them into actionable recommendations to drive business growth and optimization
- Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders
- Design and optimise ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability throughout the data lifecycle
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance our analytical capabilities

- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence
- A degree in Analytics, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python
- You have experience building and optimising data pipelines, as well as applying data modelling techniques to design datasets for Business Intelligence systems
- You recognize the importance of data quality and its implications
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- You excel in a collaborative environment, can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Experience working in Snowflake
- Data Engineering experience
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, ADH etc.
