DEINE NEUE ROLLE

Act as a key consultant for our internal teams, supporting stakeholders in their decision making, becoming their key contact person for data and analytics questions
Understand the business context and utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large and complex datasets, translating them into actionable recommendations to drive business growth and optimization
Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders
Design and optimise ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability throughout the data lifecycle
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance our analytical capabilities

DEINE ERFAHRUNG & PERSÖNLICHKEIT

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence
A degree in Analytics, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline
Strong expertise in SQL and Python
You have experience building and optimising data pipelines, as well as applying data modelling techniques to design datasets for Business Intelligence systems
You recognize the importance of data quality and its implications
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
You excel in a collaborative environment, can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience working in Snowflake
Data Engineering experience
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, ADH etc.
