- You have proven technical leadership and people management experiences.
- You have good coaching and mentoring skills.
- You are enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about TypeScript.
- You have relevant experience with React and node.js best-practices development.
- You have solid experience with web and cloud application development.
- You have extensive practical knowledge of event-driven architecture and AWS services.
- You have relevant experience with more of our tech stack (Kafka, AWS, Google Cloud, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
- You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
- You are passionate about developing applications with an excellent user experience and value clean, robust, maintainable code.
