DEINE NEUE ROLLE

Als Product Owner treibst du als Teil des agilen Produktentwicklungsteams die Weiterentwicklung unseres SaaS Produkts voran.
Du planst und realisierst die Produkt Roadmap auf der Grundlage eines objektiv priorisierten Backlogs, zerlegst komplexe Probleme und schreibst klare Spezifikationen für unser Engineering Team
Du verantwortest Kapazitätsplanung und Delivery Commitments gemeinsam mit dem Tech Lead
Du stehst anderen Teams wie Customer Onboarding, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success und Engineering durch dein Tiefenverständnis von Produkt und Kundenbedürfnissen als Helfer und Enabler zur Verfügung
Du bewertest Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und internen Teams realistisch und strukturiert.
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern, Kunden sowie externen Partnern, wenn es um Integrationen, Datenflüsse und Systemabstimmungen geht.
Du bringst Transparenz in komplexe Integrationslandschaften und schaffst Klarheit bei Abhängigkeiten.

DEINE ERFAHRUNG & PERSÖNLICHKEIT

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im B2B SaaS Umfeld.
Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit cross funktionalen Teams.
Gutes Verständnis von Datenflüssen, Schnittstellenlogiken und Systemabhängigkeiten
Strukturierte Herangehensweise an komplexe Anforderungen.
Souveränes Stakeholdermanagement.
Lust, dich in die Lage der Endkunden zu versetzen und nach innovativen Produktideen zu streben.
Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2-Level) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
