- You have proven technical leadership.
- You are enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about backend technologies (ideally with Kotlin/Java, Spring)
- You are passionate about developing applications with excellent user experience and value clean, testable, robust, and maintainable code.
- You have solid experience with web and cloud application development.
- You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
- Mentoring, knowledge-sharing.
- Ideally, you have relevant experience with React best-practices development.
- Relevant experience with more of our tech stack (Kafka, AWS, Google Cloud, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
- Experience with building and running B2B and/or SaaS software.
