Lead and oversee developers through the product design, planning, development implementation, and product/system test.
Build and improve software that impacts the life of thousands of medical professionals.
Work with our product organisation to drive short feedback cycles by delivering affordable and extendable product increments.
Empower and inspire your fellow technical colleagues.
Refine our architecture, drive technical topics and share knowledge across the tech organisation.

DEINE ERFAHRUNG & PERSÖNLICHKEIT

You have proven technical leadership.
You are enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about backend technologies (ideally with Kotlin/Java, Spring)
You are passionate about developing applications with excellent user experience and value clean, testable, robust, and maintainable code.
You have solid experience with web and cloud application development.
You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
Mentoring, knowledge-sharing.

Nice to have:

Ideally, you have relevant experience with React best-practices development.
Relevant experience with more of our tech stack (Kafka, AWS, Google Cloud, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
Experience with building and running B2B and/or SaaS software.
